List of Three Vol. XXIII

Happy Easter, friends.

I was looking forward to writing this week’s List, but all week long, I just felt so out of touch with myself you know? The entire week felt off. And apologies in advance for this post, I really feel like I’m not in the right headspace.

Nami Island, Winter 2015, A photo that perfectly depicts the opposite of what I’ve been feeling, thanks to the heat.

It’s been so hot lately, I guess summer has officially begun in the Philippines. Because of the break, I’ve just been at home most of the week and I tried to accomplish things on my to-do list but the 37 degree heat didn’t help at all. We’re highly discouraged to turn the AC on during the day because utility bills and the environment, you know, so that’s not an option. Instead, I have two tiny fans right in front of my face, but it still doesn’t help with the heat. Anyhow, what even is the point of blabbing about this again? Right. DRINK WATER, FRIENDS. It’s the least we can all do to keep ourselves well throughout this heat!

This is quite random, just sharing two little things I’ve been loving a lot lately. Hehe. So. I’ve talked about my breakouts here and well, it’s been a year and they’re still just as bad. I really have no idea why that is and I’m pretty much done trying to figure out the cause. I ditched doing heavy make-up (just eyebrows and lips everyday) and pretty much all skincare stuff. Really trying to experiment here and I just want the breakouts to stop. So I went back to the basics, went back to using Cetaphil as my face wash, and back to my nth attempt at consistently going to the dermatologist.

The linen spray on the right is one of my most prized possessions. Lol I love it so much but I barely use it because I don’t want to finish it. “But you can just buy another one!” Yes, but see, there was that one trip to Seoul I went to Innisfree to check if they still had the linen spray in stock but the lady said they were all out, as in like the product has been phased out. Anyway, that’s that.

Somewhere in Seoul, Spring 2017

Okay I’m not sure if I can get this little thought across the way I mean it to, but let’s try. I wanted this week-long break to be productive because wow at all the back logs for school, work, and this blog. See, I really wanted to work and get things done but ugh the previous week was so off. Some days, I had the attitude of a diligent student, a responsible employee, or a focused person who likes to blog (okay, a ~blogger,~ but like eh), and some days, I was literally just a potato. No matter how many times I’ve attempted to recalibrate, there was just nothing. I can’t get anything done and its so frustrating! But I know it’s a phase, hopefully a very short phase, that will end soon.

Hi! I don't know what to say -- I'm not a big fan of introductions and the whole "tell people a little about yourself" thing sort of keeps me on edge so.
